New TRENDYGOLF Athlete: Georgina Blackman
We're excited to announce the addition of British golfer Georgina Blackman to the TRENDYGOLF stable this season.
Essex based Georgina, enjoyed a standout career as an amateur. In 2014 she accepted a scholarship to study at Western Kentucky University where she set a number of records. Her college career consisted of thirty-two top-20 and fourteen top-five finishes. She returned to England in 2018 and was selected to represent her country in a number of international matches. After a string of impressive results in 2018/19, including winning the English Amateur Championship, Georgina turned professional with a handicap of +3.
Her professional career is finally underway after three months of lockdown, she competed in all of the Justin Rose Ladies Series events and has also been competing on the LET Access Tour. Georgina is also supported by Brocket Hall Golf Club, Chelmsford Golf Club, Computacenter and Titleist.
