COVID-19 - Service Update
During these uncertain times there is inevitably going to be uncertainty with day to day procedures. Currently, there are no changes to our delivery services within the UK but this can change dependant on government directives.
Understandably, there are some delays to our International shipping services, these vary from Country to Country depending on the current situation, so if you do have any queries regarding an order or the current delivery status, then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to do our best to provide you with 'up to the minute' information, regarding all current delivery options.
UK orders will be sent using one of the many services provided by our courier partners DPD , and we will endeavour to have your parcel with you within 48 hours, when an order is placed before 4pm BST Monday - Friday.
All orders after 4pm BST will be despatched the following day on the service you have selected and multiple options will be offered to you by text and email once your parcel has been despatched if you wish to change any information.

UK - Same Day Delivery
We can offer a same day delivery service through Royal Mail Same Day delivery, please contact us by 12pm BST on the day of ordering, and we will be able to give you a price within one hour, for a same day delivery. Prices are based on mileage from our warehouse on the south coast and are subject to availability.
European and International Delivery
All orders outside of the UK will be dispatched on the day of ordering using FedEx International Delivery service, delivery times can vary but with extensive tracking information provided by FedEx, you will be able to monitor the progress of your parcel, tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched.
Please note that Shipping supplements will be incurred for overseas delivery on heavy items such as Golf club bags, Travel Bags and other over size items. This charge will be added to your shipping cost upon checkout.
General Delivery Policies
Delivery times are based on orders placed before 4pm BST on a working day (Monday - Friday), these will be processed and shipped the same day providing that your payment has been accepted and your items are in stock.
Orders placed after 4pm BST will be dispatched on the next working day, (Monday - Friday). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please Note: A person must be present at the address to collect the parcel(s). If nobody is present then a card will be left with information on how to collect your order.

Am I able to track the progress of my order?
Once your order has been shipped an email will be sent to the email address that you have provided, with all relevant tracking information for you to track the progress of your parcel.
When should I expect delivery of my parcel?
For all UK orders placed before 4pm BST, you should expect delivery within two working day. For International shipments, delivery times vary dependant on your location, if an Estimated Time of Arrival is required then please contact our Customer Services team for further information.
Which Countries does TRENDYGOLF ship to?
Trendygolf ships to all Countries on the delivery dropdown upon checkout, if your Country does not appear on our dropdown please contact our Customer Services team for further information on how to ship your order.
I am an International customer, how much duty will I have to pay?
Duties for customers residing outside of the United Kingdom will not be calculated until the parcel enters your Country. You will be invoiced by our shipping partner 'FedEx' and will be liable for any duty charges applied to your order. In addition, should you need to make an exchange you would also be charged duty on any replacement items.
All orders are sent requiring a signature, if nobody is present, a while you were out card with contact details will be left for you to arrange a re-delivery or collection of your order.
