Free UK returns

We have free UK returns on all UK orders over £100, including all UK shoe orders which now receive FREE returns. There will be a Tracked 24 Royal Mail returns label with your order confirmation form within your parcel, which can be peeled off and placed on the parcel, then returned at your local post office, free of charge. Returns for UK orders under £100 will need to be arranged using a carrier of your choice.

International returns

All returns from outside of the UK are the responsibility of the customer, for further information please see our full returns information.

General Information

Returning items are the responsibility of the sender until the parcel has been received by the returns department at TRENDYGOLF, it is advisable to obtain a receipt of postage or add a tracked service to the parcel so that you can track the progress of your return.

Please enclose a note with the reason for the return, your order number, and the item you wish to return. Items must be returned in original packing with all tags. We will only accept returned items unworn/undamaged.
